Swimzip: Review and Giveaway

It's been a while since I posted anything on here!  Life has been busy.  We've been working on getting our yard landscaped, Hazel has started crawling all over the place (which basically means I'm stuck sitting on the floor by her all day), and top it all off we went on a big family vacation to San Diego this past week (which if you follow me on Instagram, you are painfully aware of.)  #sorrynotsorry

So in honor of my trip to San Diego, I have an awesome review and giveaway to share with you all this week!!!  While at the beach, we had the opportunity to take Hazel's Swimzip on it's maiden voyage--and it passed with flying colors.  Her cute Swimzip kept her covered with 50+ UPF which meant less sunscreen and less sun exposure, both of which was a relief for this mama!  To top it all off, she looked adorable in her blue polka dots, leg ruffles, and matching hat.  She got compliments and oohs and ahhs from all kinds of admiring passersby.  

  Our second day at Sea World, it was kind of overcast, so we got a little lacksadaisical about her sunscreen and hat.  We regretted it immensely when that afternoon we could see the red around her poor cheeks, nose, and knees!  The next day, we actually put her in her Swimzip for our day at the zoo, just for added coverage.  She was comfy and cool in it all day long, I had super-easy access for diaper changes, and we avoided additional burns to her poor knees and legs.
