Aprons & Scripture Totes

I've been sewing like crazy today. You know how some days you just kind of get into the mood?

My sewing machine worked like a dream for the first time since....ever. I did not have ONE tangley mess. It was heaven-sent. I did break three sewing machine needles though....luckily I had a whole pack on hand.

So what did I sew?An apron for my new sister-in-law's bridal shower.
And a cute little scripture/book tote:
And now it's time to put the machine away. My back is killing me.

I really like your color combinations! I don't suppose you thought of doing a tutorial for the bag? It is so cute and I have a lot of ladies at church who would love that!

That apron is way cute! Who taught you to make those? I can't take credit for the tote though--that's totally you. How do you read the above comments written in Chinese? Love Mom
