"The Strand" Review and Giveaway

I'm so excited about this week's giveaway!  

I've been eyeing the wool felt ball strands that have been popping up on all the best Instagram feeds lately.  You've seen them around, I'm sure.  Well, I was lucky enough to get into contact with a great little shop who solely sells adorable strands of felt balls, and what more appropriate name could there be for a shop like this than "The Strand"?

I've loved working with Meg, owner and creator over at The Strand!  She is easy to get in touch with, handles herself professionally, and has great taste in color combos.  I had a hard time picking which strand I liked best, but ultimately ended up settling on "Sprinkles" because I thought it'd make a great versatile party strand.  Turns out, I was right!  Right after I ordered, I found out my cousin was expecting (she held it in forever, man!) and I offered to host her shower.  She agreed, and I got to work--with all my shower-planning centered around my adorable felt strand. :)

I went with a Sprinkle/Polka Dot theme, and it turned out so fun!  You can see all the details in my previous post if you are interested. :)

So I just have to show off a couple of my favorite strands Meg offers.

"Sugarcoat" would be perfect for Easter:

"Lilac" would look precious in a baby girl nursery, wouldn't it?  There isn't enough purple out there these days!

When you order from The Strand, you can specify what colors you want strung, and it what order, and as long as Meg has them in stock, she'll string them for you in a custom strand!  How's that for awesome?  I kind of want one for every room in my house...
