My good blog-buddy Delia mentioned that Happy Together used clothespins to attach home-made ornaments to the tree. You can see her cute crafty butterfly ornaments post by clicking
The reason I mention this trick, is because Delia pointed out that you could create the Mod Podge ornaments I posted about in THIS post with the clothespin variation. You can buy those clothespins at your local dollar-store, and then just hot-glue or wood-glue them on to the back of the ornaments to attach them to the tree.Thanks Delia for the great tip! Those are so cute! I am doing that with some of my halloween decorations and putting them here and there. My kids keep asking how they got there!!
I'm glad you liked the idea. It was one of those ideas that I thought...why has no one caught onto this before? We have been struggling to get ornaments to hang just right from little hooks and strings for ages. Why not just clip it? Jessica is brilliant isn't she?
